Making great sake available to all is a cornerstone of our Company’s philosophy. The rice used to make Hakkaisan Futsushu is milled down to an astounding 60% of it’s original size. In addition, brewing takes place slowly at low temperatures allowing for a clean, dry and delicious flavor. This ever present attention to quality creates a sake with tremendous value, yet remains approachable and easy to enjoy.
