Momokawa restaurant in NYC hosted a delicious and informative pairing dinner built around Hakkaisan Sake! As a special treat, Mr. Jiro Nagumo, President of Hakkaisan Sake Brewery, was in attendance to introduce his sake to all the Momokawa guests!
Momokawa offered two different Hakkaisan Sake specials to their guests. First, they offered a appetizer tasting menu as well as a full dinner menu both paired with delicious Hakkaisan sake! Hakksian Sakes served for this event were Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo, Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai and Hakkaisan Honjozo. Guests were also able to enjoy a special treat! A taste of Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo, which is not for sale in the United States.
